Serbia, Kosovo to resume talks as EU weighs Serbia's membership bid

Belgrade/Brussels - Serbia and Kosovo were set to resume European Union-brokered talks Tuesday, days before the bloc was due to deliver its verdict on Belgrade's membership bid.
